That means that there was no point, no instance at which we can say that time came into existence, or time started. Excavation work can also be started after properly checking the Muhurta for the following circumstances: 1) For when the Sun is in Leo, Virgo, or Libra (moon) from the south–east direction of the plot. 2) For when the Sun is in Scorpio, Sagittarius, or Capricorn (moon) from the north-east direction of the plot. 3) For when the Sun is in Aquarius, Pieces, or Aries (moon) from the north- west direction of the plot. 4) For when the Sun is in Taurus, Gemini, or Cancer from your birth moon from the southwest direction of the plot. One should also begin house or commercial property construction only among the below mentioned months. If the weather or circumstances do not permit it, then a small amount of basic work should be initiated and the rest or major work can be started when circumstances permit.
